How Autodesk Salesforce Enhancer handles information. Last updated: 26 June 2026.
1. Introduction
Autodesk Salesforce Enhancer (“the Extension”) is a Chrome extension for Autodesk employees using Salesforce Lightning, Autodesk Knowledge, and (optionally) ChatGPT for email drafting assistance.
The Extension does not sell user data, show ads, use analytics SDKs, or operate a developer-controlled backend that receives Salesforce case content or email bodies.
2. Who may use the Extension
Use is limited to individuals who complete employee verification with a personal @autodesk.com work email. Shared or generic mailboxes (for example customersupport@autodesk.com) are rejected. Verification data is stored only on your device.
3. Single purpose
The Extension has one purpose: Salesforce and Knowledge productivity for Autodesk support agents — including copy tools, case-tab validation UI, attachment highlighting, and optional user-initiated ChatGPT email assist.

The developer does not receive, log, or store Salesforce cases, customer data, or email bodies on any server.

7. Information we do not collect
- Passwords, MFA codes, or Autodesk session tokens
- OpenAI / ChatGPT API keys
- Advertising or analytics identifiers
- Case numbers, customer PII, or email content on developer servers
8. Sharing and third parties
The Extension developer does not receive your data. When you use Email AI, selected text is copied to your ChatGPT tab. OpenAI’s and Salesforce’s privacy policies apply to those sites. No data is sold to third parties or data brokers.

11. Remote code
No. All Extension code is bundled in the Chrome Web Store package. External websites are not used to download or execute Extension logic.
12. Email AI (optional)
- You select text in a Salesforce email composer.
- The Extension copies that selection and opens ChatGPT in a popup you control.
- You edit content in ChatGPT under OpenAI’s terms.
- You click Salesforce in ChatGPT to paste the reply into your email selection.
13. Retention and your choices
- Sign out — clears stored employee verification
- Reset in options — restores default toggles
- Uninstall — removes all local Extension data
14. Children
Not directed at children; intended for Autodesk employees in a work context.
