What it does
Autodesk Salesforce Enhancer adds UI enhancements to Autodesk Salesforce Lightning and related Knowledge pages. It helps agents copy article content, validate case tabs, highlight attachments, and optionally draft emails with ChatGPT — without sending case data to the extension developer.
Employee access
After install, sign in with your personal @autodesk.com work email. Generic shared mailboxes (for example customersupport@autodesk.com) are not accepted. Verification is stored locally in Chrome on your device.
Features
- Knowledge copy Copy buttons on Knowledge list rows — Solution, title, and No Public URL with row-type rules.
- Article tab copy Floating copy controls on Knowledge article console tabs.
- Case tab status Color-coded validation on primary case tabs (product/feature and attachments).
- Attachment highlighting Visual status when articles are attached to a case.
- Email composer tools Fixed font/size (Aa), From-address guard, optional GPT handoff to ChatGPT.
- Contact & case copy Quick copy for phone, email, and case number fields.
- Settings Per-feature toggles and customization from the toolbar popup.
Email AI (optional)
When enabled, you can send selected email text only to ChatGPT in your own browser tab for rewriting. No OpenAI API keys are stored. You complete ChatGPT manually; returned text can be pasted back into Salesforce.

Distribution
This extension is intended for Autodesk internal use, distributed via the Chrome Web Store (typically unlisted). Access remains gated by employee email verification even after install.
